Yeah, and another shooting happened at the same place earlier this year (no deaths that time, but a friend of mine was stuck in JC Penneys for longer than his expected five minute errant), and they've had about three power outages in the past year as well, including that one during that one interview I had.

The funny thing is too, they recently finished constructing another wing onto the mall, essentially making it the biggest mall in the area, while doing nothing to thwart the crime problem in the area. Now it's an even bigger mess than before.
