Anyway, for me, Television, if done well, can be a long-term form of film. Firefly (one of my favorites) is shot like a film, acted extremely well, and has amazing special effects. It only has fourteen episodes (and a movie). I really suggest you check that out if you like sci-fi.

X-Files, the early seasons. There are some episode, just a few episodes which are horrifying! I' have childhood memoires of watching X-Files past bedtime, they scared the guts out of me!
Now and then, I watch some episodes from the seasons. I particulary love season 2! By the way that's the only X-files season which has 18 rating on the UK sleeve! And I can defently understand why...

Can't stand American sit-coms! It's the worst there is! I'm so fed up with 'em all, particulary Freinds! I never watch 'em I rather watch films or DVDs of X-files!

Yea, the one with the hallucinations? That one was classic, first TV show that has ever hooked me in from the first second.

I barely watch TV on TV now. I get season sets on DVD and race through them, hate waiting a week between eps of a show I love. Some faves, in no order Blackadder (For any US based people who haven't seen it heres an eexample of why I love it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4TKTRV4HM0)Buffy The Vampire Slayer Angel ER (Until they killed Mark Greene off) Family Guy Have I Got News For You Never Mind The Buzzcocks Monty Python's Flying Circus and a new favourite The West Wing

Just finished up Season 2 of Arrested Developement on DVD and OMG that shit is too off the wall funny. Whenever Gob would squirt lighter fluid from his sleaves I would fucking lose it. Its a dam shame that show never scored well with ratings, it could have gone on forever with such incredible writing.

I like it, but it's not my favorite. Beavis and Butt-head is one of my favorites. I hate it when people act like it's a dumb show, because it's so clever, attacking the very people that watched it.

Nice number 1, 3, 5, and 14. Even though Seinfeld should be way higher.

"freaks and geeks" isn't better than "simpsons" in any way. "simpsons" is the most well-written show ever made, not to mention most well-acted, best characters, etc. also, just the number of "simpsons" episodes makes it impossible to beat. "freaks and geeks" is fantastic, but you are just too excited about it at the moment, and don't realize that simpsons is better and that you like it more, when season 10 comes out, you will definitely be back into "simpsons" being number one, if not before then.
