Okay, I'm gonna go through every record. Top 20 Blonde is a masterpiece as are Paranoid, Revolver, RATM, and Blood on the Tracks. But none of them are my favorite record from their perspective artist. Highway 61 is my favorite Dylan record, Let it Bleed rocks, as do Cosmo's Factory and Rubber Soul. Nico is a classic, The Cure are overrated, London Calling is my favorite Clash record, Master of Reality rocks, and the Pumpkins and KoRn both suck. Led Zep III is great, great stuff, and I'm really glad that you think its their best record, cause it is their most underrated. BSSM crushes but I think I might like Out in LA better. Madman Across the Water is great, but not the best Elton, ITANOMTHUB is the best rap record of all time, and I love the Femmes first record and really need to buy it.
21-40 Beggars Banquet is good, not the best Stones though. Toxicity is the best SOAD record and Live at Stubb's is ok, but you overrate it WAY too much. Electric Ladyland is awesome but Axis is better. Who's Next is excellent, the soundtrack from 2001 is great, and Bookends is the best S&G record. Pet Sounds is the only good Beach Boys record, Rocket to Russia is great stuff, Never Mind the Bollocks is as well. The Harder They Come soundtrack is very underrated, great stuff. Raw Power is good, but Fun House is better, Hunky Dory is a masterpiece as well, but Ziggy Stardust is better, Back in Black is great, but Highway to Hell is better. The Cure suck, Moby is overrated, Dead Kennedys are decent, and Blue is a masterwork. Dreamboat Annie and Jagged Little Pill are the only good records from each respective artist.
41-60 Let it Be is a lower tier Beatles record, but still excellent. Doggystle is awful but Ten is Pearl Jam's best. Loaded is underrated and the Black Album is overrated. Appetite is GnR's best record and Deja Vu is CSNY's best. Greatest hits have no place on a top album list, A Tribe Called Quest are excellent, The Battle of LA is the best RATM record, and Abbey Road is another masterpiece. Deftones suck, Axis rocks, and Mellon Collie is my least favorite album of all time. Licensed to Ill and Doolittle are very fun records. Elephant rocks and Snot is one of the worst bands of all time. Black Flag kicks ass and The Cure doesn't.
61-72 Diary of a Madman is Ozzy's best, Wu Tang are ok, but I don't really like them. Radiohead's best record coupled with Deftones awfulness. Highway to Hell is AC/DC's best, NWA is hardcore, Ramones is classic punk, and Dookie is the best of new punk. The B-52's are decent enough, Can is great, Californication is as well and the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack is classic but dated.
Overall, its ok. Some really great stuff, but some stuff that should come nowhere near a top 1000 let alone a top 50 or 100.

Considering that it's a list of his favorites, and not yours, I'd consider it pretty accurate to his tastes. Oh, and also: "Black Flag kicks ass and The Cure doesn't." "Dead Kennedys are decent" Yeah... The Black Flag part is fine by me, but the Cure? The Agent will kill you for such remarks. As for the Dead Kennedeys, yeah, if they're decent, then why isn't SOAD less than decent? Such are the problems you've created for yourself.

I have explained why I don't like the Cure before. Don't give me shit about not explaining my opinion because I have done it before and will do it again if you wish me to.
I like the Dead Kennedys better than SOAD so that statement is irrelevant.

At least copy and paste. I will not sleep without an explanation.
