Yeah, that's stupid. They forced us, as well, and I did those hours at AIDS-clinics but now I do my own work at orphanages.

Coolest thing I did was go shopping and buy a dress I'd been eyeing for two months.

Yup... I was trying to heat a bun and I set the microwave for thirty seconds, but I think it sticks right before the end and never stops itsself, because when I left and forgot about it, and came back a few minutes later, smoke was pouring from it like water. You couldn't see past you own hand when I opened it. :/

Yea, doing nothing today has been a blessing for me. Finally some relaxation from work and school.

Hahaa, I did tons of boring, useless, silly, stupid things today. No COOL things. Actually, I just had choir until two hours ago (seven PM), from four. Damn. And the first part of my day was just school anyway.

Damn, for that whole time (June 22 - July 3) I'm going up to the north of South Africa on a road trip, I'm going to two parties, going to the movies a few times, I'm probably not going to see one movie I feel like.
My long holiday is only from 3 August to 3 September, then I have my whole December off again, then I start a new school year in January.

Went to this thing called strawberry fair where people basically sit in a field and get drunk and high. It wasn't that good so went back to a friends house later on and had a pretty fun little party. Stayed up till about 7am, drew on my brothers face when he passed out from drinking a whole bottle of vodka. Got a bit drunk and high, felt a bit guilty. Met some cool new people and had a good laugh in general. Then bought American Dad volume 2 and came home to type this on here ;D

Ah, that sounds like mad fun!
On Friday we went to the Blues Room to watch Havoc Vultures, Jim Neversink, and The Slashdogs.
On Saturday I went out with this guy, and we went to a pub to go watch SA kick England's ass at rugby, and then we went to play arcade games and he beat me at DDR soooo badly, but he won me a little teddy bear to make up for it... Yay! And he's nineteen, that was unexpected. He took me home and then I did nothing for the rest of the night (he had to study for a golfing psychology exam that he's writing TOMORROW).
Today I just slept forever, slapped together a file for Afrikaans my newq teacher wants to see by tomorrow, and watched This is Spinal Tap and am watching Easy Rider later on.

Now I'm happy. I needed that, Kayla (having spanish examination tomorrow). Thanks.
Hope you enjoy Easy Rider. It's a cool film with an absolutely perfect ending.

Ahhh, that's sweet! Yeah, I've known that guy for ages and we tried dating last year, but it didn't work and now he's moved away to go study, so I was happy to see him again in almost a year.
I'm happy I made you happy! How has your weekend been?

(First: I was serious, you know? It's not something I just say)
Well, my own weekend could've been better, but I hate to complain. I'm so lousy in spanish, so I've basically sit infront of the computer, listening to music and memorized spanish sentences...
And drinking a hell lot of coffee. ;D

(First: thanks, that really is cute)
Haha, shame, I have to write an interview and make a stupid collage for Afrikaans, and it's already 18:30 here so I don't think I'll bother.
Coffee is bad for you! And it tastes bad, too... I've been listening to way too much music today, too. I think my brain is melting.

Oh, the clock is 18:40 here now. We're on "wave-lenght". Who is the subject/object of the interview? When it comes to coffee, you should . I love it. And I'm gonna pour my body full of it for the rest of my life.

Oh wow, are we really? That's weird. Chris van Wyk, a writer and poet. The worst is that it's already late and I actually need to act it out with a guy who is playing Chris van Wyk. And I'm not going to see him and he isn't answering the phone so I guess I have to write it ARRGGGHHH! That's alright, my dad is like that too. He even bought a very expensive coffee machine and he goes places just to drink the coffee, and he buys books and has extensive files of research on the subject. So I understand you completely, on that level. Here's something for us: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9NgXIkyiwk&NR=1

It's kinda wierd, yes. But just as cool as it is wierd. But really, it shouldn't be that wierd, so it's wierd that I think it's cool.
A writer and a poet, eh? That sounds really interesting. Too bad you have such a little time to get finished... Oh well, GOOD luck, anyway! Sure it's gonna turn out good.
I would've loved tasting your dad's coffee! Maybe one day I come on a small visit, if I happen to be in South Africa for some reason (and I'm sure there's alot of reasons)...
Thanks for the link! Brilliant. A critical comment on the world we live in, where time is money? Excellent.

We just had a blackout here.... Today I had my hair cut in the cutest 60's mod-squad style, I love it. Yay. Take a picture of it, it sounds cool. Today I just slept forever, slapped together a file for Afrikaans my newq teacher wants to see by tomorrow, and watched This is Spinal Tap and am watching Easy Rider later on. Man, Easy Rider is just an amazing film. Just listen to that soundtrack. It definitely is one of my favorites.

Yeah, the soundtrack was so mind-blowing, I know. One of the few I actually took notice of from the first song down to the last.
