It'll be okay, I'll have a chance to finish every book I've started reading in the past month and haven't finished due to school. Yes, at the moment I'm in the middle of Siddhartha, The Famished Road, Shantaram, and Dear God, This is Anna.

I'm only leaving at about four in the afternoon (right now it's nine AM) so I'll have a chance to watch The Bicycle Thieves, comment on it, shower and pack.

There are so many posts; I still have so many things I need to post too. I can't even touch the "rate the last film..." thread till it is all done. All forums have off-periods, and this isn't really one (well, this is an old post, so i am referring to when it was made, right now there is a regular number of posting going on) I don't think. I will start some threads and resurrect some old ones though, so there will be more posting. Also, I will try and get some new members, and everyone else should try too, please. Yeah, who knows. I don't think Oldboy really caused the shooting, just as I don't think Counterstrike or Doom really caused it. My theory, and this is a long-shot that is really out of left field so it's understandable if you want to disagree with me here, is that he was too fucking stressed out by school. Took it too seriously, and probably got a B+ instead of an A-.

exactly. ya know, i actually find that cnn article pretty offensive...it pretty much assumes that he was korean, therefore he MUST have seen Oldboy (a korean movie) and gotten his inspiration from that.
