I looked this up, since you didn't write anything about it and I didn't really know what it was, and it has amazing reviews. The rating on IMDB is nuts, and everyone on there calls this one of the best shows and stuff. How did you see the show? I found a link of some (all?) of the episodes online. How many actual episodes are there? And do you think I would like this show, before I go ahead and watch it?

I like the comics, but never knew they made a show.

My first topic on this subject turned out well, so I figured I'd go the same.

The Maxx. That's a good way to see it, although I found a torrent of it.

edit: There are thirteen episodes. Most are two-parters, thus giving a vague almost two+ hour movie quality to it, thus allowing me to place it in my Top 100.

This show was on MTV back in the day, it was so sick. This and 'The Head' or whatever were better than the beavis and buttheads coming out at the time. I got a few comics of this from that era still, prolly not worth much tho.

Funny that Beavis and Butthead have a brief cameo in the Maxx.

B&B had a cameo in an episode of the head too! I sure hope they release an MTV oddities set one day.

i will have to check these episodes out. have you read the comics, ie? are they better than the show, or no? 'cause it would probably be easier for me to find some of these comics next time the comic shop around here opens their attic, then to find all this show online.

this kind of stuff reminds me of a time when mtv used to be good, they had some original and awesome stuff back on in the day.

I haven't read the comic yet. From what I've heard, they basically adapted the comic book panel-by-panel to the animated show. Kind of like 300, except good.
