Thats real hard! I said La regle de Jeu but 39 steps is great to, and king kong, and Dr Mabuse. I find gone with the wind pretty dull and haven't been to sit all the way through it. I haven't seen most of the others.

Yeah, Gone with The Wind is very overrated. The first half is great, but it completely falls apart in the second half.

M is my pick. Just a brilliant film.
Scarface is also great, much better than De Palmas version.

I'd like to see scarface, the gangster films from the 30's are usually pretty good. Little caesar for example. Cool name too!

M. Made way for the sound revolution, and Lorre's performance is one of the best ever.

It's one of these nominated for me: A Night at the Opera, M, 39 Steps, Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, The Adventures of Robin Hood and King Kong....
Hard to decide but I'm leaning towards Gone With The Wind... Seriously, one of the best epic dramas written down in history.

I voted for 'other'' and that would be Lost Horizon, a beautiful movie in every way.

Tentatively, Other: Reefer Madness. (Not at all because of the date.)
