It was touch between Rebecca, Third Man, and Maltese Falcoln. I went with the classic The Third Man. I would have voted Casablanca though.

Out of those I said The Maltese Falcon, but I would put Casablanca at #1.

Well, guess I'm voting for The Third Man by default, though kinda odd that easily the two best and most well-known films of the decade, Citizen Kane and Casablanca, are nowhere to be found . Otherwise my vote easily would've been with Kane. |

I find Casablanca a little overrated, but Arsenic and Old Lace is a classic black comedy!!!
