All fantastic films, Holy Grail being the best of the three.

Yes, I agree with Holy Grail. Meaning of Life is by far the worst, there are good elements but it just was pretty disappointing for me. Life of Brain is great though, I really love it.

Awesome! It's touring now, so I might see it in Pittsburg or Cleavland.

I have only seen Holy Grail but that was one funny movie.

I'll be sure to avoid it, then, unless I can catch it on PBS or something.

Wow, such an odd ranking. I would do mine in the exact opposite order actually.

1. Holy Grail/Life of Brian (IMPOSSIBLE to choose!) 2. Meaning of Life 3. ...And Now for Something Completely Different (I mean, all the sketches work better in Flying Circus)

Well, I'm such an odd person. I just enjoyed the skits more than actual movies by Monty Python. The freakier/sillier the thing is they're doing, the better it works. I never saw The Flying Circus, here in South Africa it's pretty hard even getting your hands on some DVDs by Monty Python.
Sometimes their silliness doesn't work for me when it's feature-length. I mean, how classic is that announcer: "...And now for something... completely different."

Holy Grail is by far the best of the lot!! I'm continually quoting from it... it gets quite scary actually how many of the lines i know off by heart!!!! ;D

"Now, stand aside, worthy adversary!" "'Tis but a scratch!" "A scratch? Your arm's off!" "No, it isn't!" "Well, what's that then?" "I've had worse." "You liar!" "Come on, you pansy!" [Fighting] "Victory is mine!" [Kneels to pray] "We thank thee, Lord, that in thy mercy -" [Knight kicks him] "Come on, then." "What?" "Have at you!" "You are indeed brave, Sir Knight, but the fight is mine!" "Oh, had enough, eh?" "Look, you stupid Bastard. You've got no arms left." "Yes I have." "*Look*!" "It's just a flesh wound."
