I will not be seeing any of this trash. Why is it that people won't stop making stupid CGI cartoons, especially ones with talking animals? They come out like once a week!

I think what happened was the first few cutesy fun CGI movies came out, and people thought they were pretty fun. You know, nothing like today, but just kind of nifty like digital watches.
Then I'd say after Monsters, Inc., they realized the marketability of CGI movies. Plus, back in the Tron days, CGI movies were really hard to make, but now they could probably pump them out faster than sneakers in a Nike sweatshop.
Thus why we have all these CGI movies that are probably made by the same graphic engines and probably are exactly the same.
Just a baby sitter for one and a half hours.

Next weekend's theatrical releases look more promising with The Departed and The Science Of Sleep wide releases.
