I saw Monsieur Hulot's Holiday eons ago & remember wetting my pants with laughter. The tennis scene in particular stands out. I really ought to buy this.

I've only seen Jour de fête ('49) and Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot ('53), both much fun, but espesially Jour de fête impressed me. Highly. Andruini, you must see this. It's close to a masterpiece.  |
