What are some of your favorite movie monsters like Wolf Man, Thin Man, Dracula, etc. And why do you like them? And what are your favorite "adaptations" of thier stories?

I have seen orignal Dracula (which I kinda forgot) and Nosferatu. I appreciate those films but I don't really enjoy them. Well maybe the original Dracula. The others I have heard bad things.

You have heard bad things about Shadow of the Vampire and Bram Stoker's Dracula? Are you kdding? Those are two fantatsic movies with great performances by the whole cast. Expecially Dafoe in Shadow and Oldman in Dracula.

Some will say bad things about Bram Stoker's Dracula, because it's not top-notch Coppola.

My favourite movie monster is Bishop Edvard Vergerus in Bergman's Fanny and Alexander. Those who have seen this will surely agree...

HELL YES! The scene with Fanny and Alexander lying to the Bishop is so tense and just amazing.
