I agree, thanks Cap'n.
If you want to get a Print Screen of just the current window, and not the task bar and all the little peripherals on the side, you just need to do two things. First, resize the window to the size you want it, so in this case you would probably have the edges around H34 in Excel. Second, hold the Alt button and then press Print Screen. This takes a screenshot of your current window, leaving out all the background things (although I'm not sure if it would take a screenshot of an overlapping thing, like the AIM pop up).
Overall, looks good. Even if I don't know some of the acronyms.
