 Mostly because nobody seems to remember it. It is a masterwork. Even people that don't like Lucas will probably like this film. |

totally agree about THX 1138. Lucas' first feature, and it really showed that the kid had the natural talent of a great director. It's got an incredibly slow pace and little dialogue, but it's the atmosphere that really makes this film special...it's a shame Lucas' talent went to such waste after this, Graffiti and Star Wars, as he became a slave to his own franchise and made the god-awful prequels his legacy.
