Yeah, I was going to ask about that film myself. Back in my huge Anchor Bay days I was going to try and snag all their Divimax releases. You will have to tell us your thoughts on that bad boy. Anyways... I posted over in the "what was the last thing you bought/rented thread" in the DVD section that I rented What Did I Do to Deserve This? and Vagabond, well those are on VHS actually. I rented them from the Library.

Prepare to die, all you reading, bow down before your master! I command you! This is where VHS's come in handy: for films not yet available on DVD. I was able to find this film while out renting, and it doesn't even have a DVD! I am so happy, I rented it, and another film (which does have a DVD, but looks equally as good): (Has anyone seen this film? Does it have a release in region two?) Tristana (Luis Buñuel) La Promesse (Jean-Pierre Dardenne; Luc Dardenne)

I rented: I am half way through it and already loving it. Every word being sung is an idea that may turn some people off, but it works so well (at least so far). I can't wait to finish it. I will comment it when I finish.

Adam Wests only zombie movie!! Adam West is so good, I don't know if he is a good actor, but he is a good voice actor. You will have to tell us how that is, it looks hilariously bad.

Ive been looking for this for years! Anyone who hasnt heard the Jerky Boys stuff, should really check into it. Sadly, the tape is a demo tape so that an annoying message in on the screen every 5 minutes.

Shit, my (media)teacher was to get rid of alot of his VHS', and we, his pupils, could take as many as we wanted. Since I'm the only one in class genuinly interested in (old/foreign) cinema, I was lucky enough to get hold to these titles:
Nanook of the north (1922) Strange Days (1995) To Have and Have Not (1945) Soldier Blue (1970) La Belle Noiseuse: Divertimento (1991) The Magnificent Seven Ride! (1972) Notorious (1946) Paris, Texas (1984) To vlemma tou Odyssea (1995)
Haven't seen any of them, but can't wait! ;D

You are so lucky, I would love to have someone just give me a bunch of free films to see (have), especially if they are all that amazing. Enjoy Notorious, top five Hitchcock, in my opinion, which says ALOT!

I got this movie just today. It was pretty good when I saw it years ago. To see a larger version of an alternate box, check the picture below:
