I've seen 19 of these films, and I like Schindler's List, Duel and Close Encounters of the Third Kind the most. I vote Schindler's List. It's his best work to date as far as I'm concerned.

Well, I guess the politically correct choice would be Schindler's List, but while it's by far his most mature and moving film, I'm gonna go with Raiders. The way I see it, categorically it's one of the greatest films ever made simply because it so easily accomplishes its goal of just being a fun action film...an immediately likable main character, many exciting action set pieces...sure the face-melting effects are out-dated, but who cares?

Those "out-dated" effects add to the charm of the film imo. I just love everything about the film.
