Paramont cancled the third season release of Pete and Pete for no reason. Me being a old school nick fan was hoping that all the nick shows would end up on dvd. but Paramount cancled the release because nooone bought the other dvds. And Who's fault is that you may ask? PARAMOUNT they diddn't advertise it at all! You need to spend money in order to make money. They actu like there isn't a fan base for old nick shows. Obviously they don't visit the internet. I also hate fox cause they cancle critically aclaimed shows because noone watch them because they don't adverse enough.

Oh man, this angers me so much. I was looking forward to being able to have the whole Pete and Pete series on DVD, and now, they ruined that. I hate knowing that I will never get the rest of a series. Once you start releasing a series, it is idiotic not to finish. And exactly like you said devconn, they should have advertised it. People are begging for older Nick shows, like me with Rocko's Modern Life. If more people would have known about this, it would have sold much better.
Please, please, please don't get me started on Fox. They have cancelled one of the best shows ever made, in fact, probably the second best show ever, Futurama. How can they not see, after they cancel a show, it becomes popular. It should hit them by now that THEY are doing something wrong, and is not the show.

I heard comedy central was going make new episodes of Futurama and air it there. I wasn't allowed to watch most of the nick shows as a kid because of strict parents so i need them on dvd. I will never get them though  also Pete and pete was supposed to come out febuary of 2006 |

Listening to the DVD commentaries it sounds like they had many, many, many more ideas for the show. I did hear a rumor back about them making two Futurama films. Did you hear anything about that? Haha, you would have been much older than me when the shows were on too, your parents must have been REALLY strict seeing as how most of the shows were like rated "Y" or "Y7". |

Disney pulled the same bullshit with Gargoyles. I love this show, bought the first season, then the second season (volume one, first 26 episodes) Then they put the second half of season two on "indefinate hold" Fucking bullshit.

Ren and Stimpy was creepy as hell but funny as hell too, and rocko had ALOT of sexual innuendo I snuck a few episodes of all the shows though |

I hate Fox as well. I loved Futurama and need to pick up the rest of the seasons. It's so much funnier than The Simpsons but Fox didn't want it to become the new Simpsons so it nixed it. But thankfully, yes, Comedy Central is/are creating new Futurama episodes with the same cast and crew and yes, there is a made for TV/STV movie coming out this December, it's called Bender's Big Score.
