 I got this primarily because I thought Angie Dickenson was hot in Big Bad Mama, but also becuse it's a 70's cop show.  What a value! I got all these Roger Corman movies for about $25.  A whole lotta crazy Joan Crawford.  The badass quotient of my collection just shot up 500%. |

1st amazon spree of the semester:     Night of the Hunter is one of the creepiest movies ever. As for House on Haunted Hill, Im not into colorized movies. I havent seen the others, but great haul! |

house on haunted hill wasn't even my choice...parents got it for me. No idea why...probably because they got wise to my recent obsession with mst3k, and one of the special features is Mike Nelson's RiffTrax.

My local pawn shop now has cheap $1-$2 DVDs for sale. The ones that they'd like to weed out, I think. I helped them with this.
Shaft's Big Score! ($2, broken case)
Steal This Movie ($1, who cares about documentaries?)
Small Time Crooks ($2, no love for Woody Allen?)
Die Another Day...
They have a sale where you buy three, and get the third for free. I wasn't able to find a $2 one to cash in big time, so I just went with Steal This Movie. Went to purchase these DVDs, but they didn't have the DVD for Die Another Day, the manager told me I could try to find the same movie off the regular shelf to replace it.
I couldn't find it, but then I came across Beijing Bicycle for $4. Seeing that movie was very close to a "holy shit!" moment for me, because while the DVD is still available used at Amazon and for around the same price, Amazon Proper stopped stocking it after charging $26+ for it, which isn't a good sign. Anyways, I went back and asked if I could exchange for that one and pay the $2 difference, but she was like "nah, it's okay."
So, I got it for $2. I tried to rub it into nonfiction's face since he impressed me with his $8 purchase of the movie a while back, but he wasn't at the computer.
