Ramrod is a batshit insane pimp who dresses like a cowboy and enjoys beating his bitches to death with a wire hanger. When Princess the prostitute finds out that Ramrod killed her friend, she helps the police arrest him. Unfortunately for Princess, Ramrod kicks the crap out of the two police officers that are transporting him to jail and goes on a revenge-driven rampage.
What a brutal movie this is. There's all kinds of mean behavior, including a kung fu beating. Ramrod, though, is the most ass-kicking bestower of pain in Vice Squad. I can't imagine that many pimps enjoy their job as much as this lunatic. And as he is causing havoc around the city, Princess is entirely unaware that Ramrod has escaped from custody and just goes about her evening as Ramrod draws ever closer.
I think that there should be a sequel to Vice Squad where Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver goes up againt Ramrod. Nobody in Vice Squad is badass or crazy enough to be a real match for Ramrod, but Travis would be a truly worthy opponent.
