I mentioned this movie in the Lucio Fulci thread, but I think it deserves its own thread due to the sheer awesomeness of its weirdness. Back in '83, Fulci decided to cash in on the sword and sorcery craze and the result was Conquest, which may be evidence that Fulci was experiencing a rapid decline in his mental capabilities.
This movie is nuts. Or complete shit. I'm pretty sure it's not shit, because I kind of like it, but I could understand someone mistaking it for shit. There is no comprehensible plot that I could identify, and the special effects are terrible. Really, the only thing going for it is the lunacy behind its creation. Drugs were made for a movie like this.
