When I get my fingers on the right fret they keep slipping out of place. What can I wipe my strings with?

Use a simple rag and wipe your strings after every time you play. This not only prevents slipperiness, it also prevents your strings from getting rusty.

Yep! There is some special cleaning stuff that you can usually find at your local music shop, but its pretty expensive over here and its just not needed.

Wiping did help abit but I think its just that my fingers generally aren't nimble enough yet. Though they are getting more nimble by the day!

Your fingers could also be oily / sweaty.

Of course you are correct good sir I have begun washing my hands before playing now but I am getting quicker at changing, so its just the practice factor. Everytime I pick my guitar up and play now I feel a little better and am sort of amazed, surprised that I can suddenly do what I found so hard to do before.
