I'm guessing most of you think its just crappy emo music. But I think that welcome to the black parade is an album full of catchy and innovative songs that have great musical craft and quality.

Not really a fantastic band in my opinion. They have some things I like and are one of the better emo bands out there (not saying much though). I like them for the most part because the kid reminds me so much of his father, Billy Corgan, who I love. I need to listen to the rest of their new album but I wasn't blown away by it so far.

They suck. They are a mix of goth and emo, two of my least favorite genres. And they try to pass themselves off as some type of punk rock band in interviews and stuff. One of the reasons I hate (most) modern music.

Just because they suddenly got mainstream credibility doesn't mean they are any less shit than they used to be. A terrible, terrible band. Beef, I don't even think they manage to be goth, they just play thrashy emo shit with more predictable melodies than other emo bands (excluding Panic! At The Disco, perhaps).

Im not that much of a fan even though I did see them in concert. The main reason I went was because Green Day was there and I like them. I am not that much of a fan of MCR except for that song about not being alright off one of their albums. As to their new stuff, Im not that into it.

It means "I vote no." Just a negative response.
I don't really care for MCR. They actually just irritate the hell out of me.

I really dislike it. If anybody plays any of their songs for me, something very bad is going to happen.

To them? Hah. I feel the same way, but even more about Greenday or Simple Plan or bands like that.

I completely agree dude, no need to hide. I can't stand people who dislike early Green Day. Or people who group new Green Day in with old like it never changed.

I know it's different, but I've just never got into either, old or new. And the new just pisses me off totally.

Haven`t really checked them out. Guess I`ve heard parts of a song or two, but nothing i remember. I`ll come back with thoughts if I, one beautiful day, finds out that I want to give them a chance.

I saw a glimpse from one of their music videos the other day and that was it, down the drain with My Chemical Romance. Not my type of music, so they can back off! Can't stand their sound image or appearance!
No thank you!

Don't even compare Green Day to this shitty band. Early Green Day is masterful, Dookie and Nimrod are two of the best punk records ever. That's right ever. There later stuff isn't great, American Idiot is a dismal record, but you can't overlook the early records and their underground records.

Ahhh, no, nobody's style or taste in music sucks! It's just different, everbody's taste is different, and the world wouldn't be interesting if we all liked the same stuff. I respect that you like them

I can enjoy, from time to time, the songs by My Chemical Romance that completely rip off Queen. I know how odd it sounds, but until I really thought about it, I didn't even realize how much their song Helena took from Queen. I guess in part because I wasn't too interested in Queen at the time. Overall, though, not that interested in them at all, so don't worry, I still have some taste in music. I do have to put up with what I listen to, after all, so I'd rather it be pleasant and good than awful and bad.

My Chemical Romance, Muse poisoned From ultimate-guitar.com
My Chemical Romance and support act Muse deeply regret that they have had to cancel several dates on their current tour due to members of My Chemical Romance band and crew and members of Muse’s crew being struck with serious food poisoning.
The nationwide tour, supporting My Chemical Romance’s platinum album The Black Parade and Muse’s album, Black Holes And Revelations, was brought to a standstill on Sunday when several members of My Chemical Romance’s band and crew and members of Muse’s crew became violently ill after the show at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA.
With multiple people scattered in hospitals between State College, PA and Columbus, OH, the bands were forced to cancel Sunday night’s show at the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA and postpone the show in Columbus, OH from Tuesday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 2nd, provided everyone has recovered.
The show originally scheduled for tomorrow night at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, PA has been cancelled.
My Chemical Romance and Muse would like their fans to know that they hope to resume the tour as soon as possible. Tickets for the April 29th Bryce Jordan and May 2nd Pittsburgh show will be refunded at point of purchase and My Chemical Romance hope to make it back there before the end of the year.
LOL! Not really all that funny but I can't help but guffaw. Someone obviously doesn't like MCR very much. Notice how only Muse's crew was poisoned, no band members...
