Been listening to Images and Words and Octavarium a lot lately. They are so talented, maybe the single most talented band ever, with the possible exception of Rush or the Flecktones. Check 'em out!

I love Dream Theater from what I've heard. I have to listen to some of their albums soon.

Dream Theater is fantastic. They are amazing live. And Images and Words is one of my favorite albums.

I've seen them live in concert twice, from their Train Of Thought tour '03 and their Octavarium tour '05. I also own all their studio albums and a couple of DVDs. I was a huge fan two years ago but since then my interest has gradually faded. Principally 'cos I started to listen to a lot of their influences like Yes, Genesis, Rush, King Crimson, Pink Floyd and progressive rock from the 60s and 70s. I can't remember the last time I listened to their songs, but perhaps it's time for a revival? Great band, nonetheless. It's interesting that they have evolved into a more heavy territory. I remember I really loved Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence and Metropolis - Scenes From a Memory.

Systematic Chaos coming during the summer. I can't wait, Portnoy says that it is everything that anyone could ask out of a Dream Theater record.
