Is anyone else as pumped for this game as I am? March 9th can't come fast enough. The news that you can use the Gamecube controller for the game is awesome, I can't imagine having the play the game with just two main buttons.

I'm pretty pumped about getting it. We will have to play each other sometime.
I had no idea you could use the gamecube controller. Thats pretty sweet. Too bad I don't have a gamecube, otherwise I would prefer to use that. I could probably get one cheap though, if I wanted.
Whats your favorite player again? Dr. Mario?

My favorite Melee character is Dr. Mario. Too bad he is not on the new game I can see why they didn't use him though. He was pretty much an extension of Mario, just with pills instead of fireballs.

Yeah. I use Bowser for no particular reason really. I like him though. I know him the best, so I continue to use him. Maybe it will change with Brawl.

With all the new characters, I hope I can find one that replaced Dr. Mario because my second choice, Roy, isn't in Brawl either.
I put down my $5 pre-order at Blockbuster by the way. It just seemed like the most convenient place to get it.

That sucks - The two characters you actually like get "cut".
Yeah, I might have to pre-order that, too. I might be able to get away with not doing it , though. I mean, when Deathly Hallows came out, I didn't pre-order. I just went to K-Mart and no one was there. Maybe I can do something like that again.

It seemed like they had never done the pre-order thing at Blockbuster before because it took the employees like twenty minutes to put my order through. So hopefully I'm like the only person who ordered it there.

Hahaha. Come to think of it, I don't recall them ever doing pre-orders, so you might be.

I never quite mastered Ness on SSBM, but I can't say the same for SSM. PK Thunder is a bit weird to handle at first, but it's very effective as an attack, especially if you handle it loose so it doesn't look like it's going to connect and then BAM. I'm also quite fond of the down kick, both of which were significantly reduced in effectiveness in SSBM. Maybe Dr. Mario is an alternative costume for Mario... What's your favorite character, Barrrrrrr?

This game is truly awesome, so much deeper and just as fun to play as the other two Smash Bros. games. Only problem is that I am having trouble playing people online.

What's your favorite character, Barrrrrrr? My favorite is Bowser. I'm not good, though because I didn't have the game. I'm going to buy Brawl once I get a chance. I envy you, beef. What is the problem with online play?

You just can't get a game with anyone, I dunno if its an inherent problem or not.

That sucks. Hopefully it will work by the time I get the game. Do you think I could get it still? Or will it probably be all sold out?

You might be able to get it somewhere where not a lot of people got it, like Wal-mart or Blockbuster. But I bet it will be sold out at places like Gamestop. Still, trying to get a copy is definitely worth it.

Yeah, I'll do that sometime this week. I would be excited right now, but school/tests are draining the life out of my body.

I got Brawl today. My mom was going shopping, so I asked her to check if they had it. I haven't played it yet - I have to finish homework first.

I haven't checked yet, but I will tomorrow. You'll destroy me, though because I know you have played a lot.

I played it yesterday and some today. It is such a sweet game. I would play more, but I have some work to do.
By the way, how do I check my Wii Code?

Click messages, click create a message, then hit address book, then hit the "minus" sign on the left to get the friend code on the front of your address book.
Your Brawl code should be online when you hit With Friends.
