Sonatine- 7/10
I know people might get angry at me for this, but I dont really care. This movie is supposed to be a character study and it would be a great one too, if something happened in the first hour of this movie. It didnt have to be action, it didnt have to ge killings, I would just like something to happen. But nothing did until about 25 minutes before the movie ended. I didnt really care for the ending either. Very disappointed with this one.

Very, very disappointing.. Only good parts were the parts with Paul Bettany. Apart from that, poor stuff.

Why would one expect an adaptation of The Da Vinci Code to be good? It's one of the worst books I've ever read.

Throne of Blood- 9/10/. My least favorite Kurosawa so far. Yet, it was still great. Mifune is great as always. I like the supernatural element of it also. With the spirits and what not.
