Okay, I am always looking for more books to read and will especially need some over the summer. Right now I'm reading three books, the Harry Reems memoir, Ron Jeremy memoir, and the novelization of Last Days of Disco written by Whit Stillman.
Some of my favorite books are anything by Arthur Nersessian, Chuck Klosterman, Ghost World, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Behold the Man, Evasion, Y: The Last Man, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Crackup at the Race Riots.
If you've read any books that are similar to any of these or that are just good books, tell me about them and I'll probably put them on my list of stuff to read. Feel free to ask for recommendations yourself or whatever.
EDIT: I forgot to put a bunch of things, I already love Kerouac and Salinger.

Haha, alright. I edited my post after you made this just to add that I already love Catcher in the Rye, but the others I will definitely read.
EDIT: I looked up Infinite Jest and while it looks massive, it sounds amazing. That's definitely going to be one of the next books I get.

You definitely have to read Infinite Jest, its quite an undertaking but its really rewarding. If you want to wait till I get back to Erie, I have a copy and I will lend it to you.

Okay, thank god! I noticed the cheapest price online used is still way too much for me. We'll talk about it on Friday.

It really will, all of David Foster Wallace's writing is worth checking out. He is extremely popular among writing professors here, so I've read a lot of his nonfiction for class. A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again is probably the best collection in my opinion.

I've never read anything by him, but noticed he has one last book coming out, unfinished. I'll start with Infinite Jest, then move on from there.
