Guns 'N Roses has released a tentative date for the release of Chinese Democracy. This is the first time that the band has done this publicly in the ten years that Axl has supposedly been working on the album. Here is Axl's press release: Clicky-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do I think they will release it finally? Yes, I do. The leaked songs from the concerts sound finished and Axl is as sure of the release as he has ever been. I just wish that it would just be an Axl Rose record instead of a G'N R record, because this band that Axl is touring with is not Guns 'N Roses. |

That sounds convincing. I will definately buy it, as the leaked tracks are good. Hopefully it meets that date, and hopefully we won't have Axl rapping this time.

i was being serious about the heaviness and trveness of Sunn O))) and Earth, yet i wrote it in an overly satyrical fashion. i like taking cheap shots at this generation of metal fans which have fused together with the blog generation of today, creating words such as "br00tal" "trve" and others. Ah, I see. |

andruini, even though you mentioned Earth and Sunn O))) just very recently, I'd never thought of listening to any drone metal until I came across an article about Earth's The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull. Sounded great, plus, local band (Oly isn't too local, like Aberdeen, but it's the same state) so I gave it a try.
Holy shit, Hibernaculum is awesome.
