Thats laughable, Morrison at number one. He has no vocal range at all, if you are talking actual vocal skills, there are thousands of guys who simply blow Morrison out of the water. If you talking about his ability as a frontman, then we already have a thread for that. Same for Dylan, no range.

I think he means the sound of their voice.

What a shame! Nobody has mentioned Maynard from TOOL, which then obviously is my first choice

Nice! Ticks and Leeches is so impressive vocally. Oh, man! Now we're talking! Too bad Maynard refuses to sing it live, because it's so challenging.

I like Mercury - he is easily my #1. I also think Meat Loaf is pretty good just to name one that hasn't been posted yet.

I love Kurt Cobains voice. Seeing the unplugged show just amazes me. The raw beauty of his voice is something to marvel at in my opinion. Also, Chet Baker has a wonderful voice. A delicate, about to break type voice. Again, it sounds beautiful. Also Justin Pierre of the band Motion City Soundtrack. And he can do what he does on the future freaks me out for example live. Its impressive to say the least.
