I may be the only person who wants to see The Fallen Idol more than the other criterion releases this month. The Third Man left such an impression.

Mothra Vs. Godzilla
I still need to watch the original Gojira DVD, and rewatch all of my Gojira VHS tapes. Currently, I'm not going to spring for all these new Godzilla releases, although I did pick up Gojira because it looked fucking perfect.


Nirvana: Live Tonight Sold Out
Back in the day, I was a really big Nirvana fan. Every album (even that sad, sad self-titled greatest hits CD, day after it came out), a bootleg or two, a few biographies and such. I lost interest in them about two or three years ago, but Live Tonight Sold Out was one that I always heard about, but could never get. I need to pull out some of the old Nirvana music.

The director of this movie produced the Woodsman, so I know this movie has potential and probably will not appeal to a large audience. However, I still want to check this out someday.


The Transformers: 20th Anniversary Special Edition
Sure, I found out (not through you) about this release after I bought the regular edition for $3.33. Thing is, though, I don't want this edition. As far as art and animation goes, this is a very technically impressive movie. I am not a big Transformers fan, nor do I care much for 80s music, but I thought this was decent enough. Definitely not an introduction to the series, but it's not horrible.

I might check out that Nirvana disc. I'm starting to warm up on them. (Probably cause I listened to the amazing In Utero last night)
Also will check out those Godzilla sets, Fallen Idol (Third Man=best thing I've ever seen), Will probably get Cars and Cinema Paradiso.
