 Now, I made this in paint, and considering that I didn't have access to all the pictures they used, a good program, or money, I think it's about as good as the actual DVD. |

Not the worst ever, but it's a contender. Does someone want to make a Battle of the Worst DVD Covers?  A challenger appears: Lens-flare crotches don't sell DVDs, even if I really like the DVD. I printed off an alternate cover that wasn't horrible. (We should turn this into a general thread and post crappy officially released DVD covers. It will be fun.) I like elements from the original and your cover, but yeah. Some covers prevent me from buying movies, at least until I find them used; this is one of those covers. My proposed DVD cover would not work in reality, because it doesn't list what actors you should want to see the movie for nor does it have any quotes pumping the movie, but I find it to be superior. This cover also wouldn't work for most movies, but considering this one is all about magic and whatever it's about, having a mysterious cover would be appropriate.  What do you think, did we just spend more time editing the original cover than they spent making the cover? |

it should have a shadow of scarlett in the background, one of those magic sticks they use sometimes, and a criterion banner at the top (not saying it is worthy though). That would be sweet, and I love that idea or worst covers ever thread. I will have to think of some of my own.

The original cover was not THAT bad. I find it somewhat appealing, actually.

Wow, that is awful. I'm sure that it'll get changed before it comes out. Yeesh, that is ugly.
