Border Radio - Criterion Collection - I know nothing about this so I will wait until I see it before I decide if I want to own it.

Mouchette - Criterion Collection - I am dying to see this but with my mediocre past with Bresson I will watch it first.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Beginning (Unrated Edition) - I will check this out just to see how bad it sucks, since I love the whole series.

DVD'S I'LL IGNORE

Employee of the Month - Even though Dane Cook is pretty funny I would never check this out, it looks like shit. And not to mention big tits is in it, who can't act.

Gridiron Gang - One of the worst movies ever made, avoid it like the plague!!!

The Grim Reaper[/i] - Yet another terrible horror movie coming out, never will I bother with this piece 'o' shit.

The Protector - I may see this someday but I am not very interested, unless Tarantino has any introductions or interviews on this disc, if so, then I will check it out.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Beginning - I will check out the unrated just to see how much it sucks but not this version.

Undisputed II - Last Man Standing - *barfs*

TV RELEASES

Doctor Who - The Complete Second Series - Haven't seen the series although I have heard good things, but I will probably never watch it so...

The King of Queens - The Complete Seventh Season - Another show I could care less about, plus I have seen some of this show and it sucks.

SOME GOOD REGION TWO RELEASES

Children of Men - I am dying to see this film, probably won't get to it in theaters, but look forward to it coming out in region one.

Directed By Douglas Sirk - Has Anyone Seen My Gal?/All I Desire/Magnificent Obsession/All That Heaven Allows/Written On The - I have been meaning to see some of these films.

Riddle Of The Sands - Is this any good, never heard of it before?

Buying Mouchette!

A friend of mine told me that Employee of the Month was pretty bad, and he's not one of the kinds of people that really worry about the quality of movies too much. It was that bad, apparently (although you knew that already).


The Protector was pretty decent, but not great. (7/10) I'll show you some clips of Tony Jaa in action if I remember to (or if you remember to), but the thing is, if you or anyone else wants to check out his best movie so far, it's not this movie, a.k.a. Tom Yum Goong. It's Ong-Bak. But the man is still the current king at what he does, so I look forward to his future work.

edit: Holy shit. The DVD features both versions of the movie. Nothing on the Tarantino side, but still, that's pretty good news. Although, I dunno, just before I found that out, I was kind of thinking "do I ever need to see this movie again?" So I don't know. Still, that's a nice development.

The Mouchette CC sounds like an amazing edition. I would pick it up but already own a R2 copy so I cant justify the purchase. Whoever picks it up please let us know what you think, dvdbeaver is in love with it.
