Yeah they've all been replaced. The truss rod has also been adjusted but it didn't make a difference. I dont understand it, nor my friend, he says he's never played such a hard stringed guitar. These are d'addario strings btw, so it isn't a quality problem. I dont know what the problem is but my fingers dont like it at all. I can barely play a song over a few times because it starts to hurt my fingers to much.

Hmmm, maybe you want to switch string type, if that doesn't work than you have a bad guitar and you need to return it and get a new, more comfortable one.
