It's sad that it took me this long to realize that this is one of the best films of all-time. Maybe the best comedy ever. The film is so surreal and funny. And has been said was great inspiration on many films like American Warewolf in London. I love the scene were the couple keep getting interrupted while trying to have sex. You can never quite tell what was actually happening and what wasn't. Did anything on the screen even happen? Who knows. I can't wait to see more Bunuel.

I had the same feeling about this film as I have had about other Bunuel films. Technically brilliant and visually striking, but boring and too surreal. A 7/10 overall for me.
