Some of the stuff was a little too experimental, in that it lost a structure and, in some cases, lost the viewer (me). It never went way too far though; I was able to follow most of the film. Also a little too pushy with the woman’s rights issues though. It tried to hard to do things, but its goal, to blend sex and political commentary actually works quite well. The film is actually quite controversial still, but nothing extremely bad. It features full nudity from the two leads, the male more shocking than the female. It feels like a documentary, and is shot very like it. I just didn’t feel it, I don’t know what was off about it, but it was just a little pushy to try and say something I think. And it tried to be quirky, singing a song about the two versions of the films, and jumping around from being a movie, and being life behind the movie didn't always work. It starts off slow and doesn’t work back up until too late in the game. It still is a really good film, but not perfect. Worth a look, if only for its importance in cinema. I may check out Blue sometime.
