This film is Clouzot's worst I have seen which is amazing since it still got a 9 in my book! Amazing suspense film that you can see was great influence on Hitchcock. The blams goes from character to character without taking a break once. The last 20 minutes will keep you on the edge of your seat till the word "fin" appears on the screen, and maybe even longer.

Very good film from Clouzot. Not as good as Wages of Fear, but pretty close. Tense and suspenseful with a great ending. Must see Diabolique.
