Just saw this. My third favorite Kurosawa. The interview with Coppola and Lucas is really good too. But it kinda comes off like Coppola doesnt like the film all that much, even though he says its wonderful.

Great! My first Kurosawa which wasn't such a good idea. I need to watch this again but from what I remember it was amazing.

Like I've mentioned before, I like the 45-minute version featuring Kurosawa's paintings (found on the second disc of the Criterion Collection release) better, but the full length is still worth watching first.
