I just rented this film; it will be my second Malle. I had no clue this had an improvisational score by Miles Davis. Has anyone seen this? Thoughts?

I think Andrew has. I've heard the score, its excellent. But what Miles isn't?

I love this movie. The opening scene alone is great and the movie holds up consistently to the end, pretty much. The Miles Davis score isn't used a lot in the movie, but it definitely makes the movie better overall. Elevator to the Gallows has a dreamy quality to it and great atmosphere.
