I watched this Friday night and was pleasantly entertained, but not blown away by any measure. This is one of those eccentric detective movies, you know, where the detective seems a little wacky but is actually very clever. It's set during World War II in a town that keeps getting bombed by Nazis. There's an operating theatre set up to handle casualties staffed by a group of doctors and nurses, one of whom killed the postal delivery guy. Naturally, everyone is a suspect and the eccentric detective sets out to discover who did the evil deed.
It's mildly amusing, with a dark sense of humor, but I wouldn't call it an essential movie that everyone needs to see. For those who like British or detective movies, it might be worth a look.
