Lost Highway (rewatch)
It's even better the second time around. An easy 10/10 from me.

Sanjuro 8.7/10
Really good but not as good as Yojimbo but close.

Sanjuro was better than an 8.7, at least a nine. The end is so amazing.

Zatoichi-10/10. An excellent film. I can see why it is Agentknight's favorite. The films is very beautiful, every shot is perfect. Some people say that the blood takes away from the movie. That it is too animated. But I think it just adds to the beauty. The end is great too.

The Passion of the Christ 0/10!!! (rewatch)
Watched it in school. This as way worse then the last time I saw it! The begining was not good at all and the ending was just Hideous! I think they over did it with alll the violence. And that bird part was odd. We should have watched Last Temptation of Christ witch is much much better then the Passion.

Sonatine- 7/10 I know people might get angry at me for this, but I dont really care. This movie is supposed to be a character study and it would be a great one too, if something happened in the first hour of this movie. It didnt have to be action, it didnt have to ge killings, I would just like something to happen. But nothing did until about 25 minutes before the movie ended. I didnt really care for the ending either. Very disappointed with this one.

The Royal Tenenbaums- 10/10 (Rewatch) An exceptionaly original film. Its one of the greatest black comedies ever and probably Anderson's most serious film to date. Great performance by the whole cast but especially by Hackman, who really makes the character his own. The soundtrack is great also. This will be my next buy.

Breatless. OMFG/10. One of the best crime films I have ever seen. Moves instantly into my top ten. This is one of the best debut features ever. The performances are great and the direction is just stunning. The editing is superb also. The story was written by both Godard and 400 Blows director Truffaut. Notice the cameo by Melville. I couldn't believe that he was in this. MUST SEE FILM!!!!

I finished watching Fanny and Alexander. It was a really perfect film, beautifully acted and careful controlled direction by Bergman. A great script also.
I'm also about half way through samurai assassin and loving it! The story is very good and Mifune is fantastic. The visuals are so crisp and beautiful, their are lots of closeups and the fight quality is good.

Breathless literally does what the title said it would. It took my breath away. It really doesn't happen that often. But that film was absolutly perfect in every way.

I finished watching samurai assassin. Fucking fantastic. The plot is so intricate and well told, Mifune is fantastic, their is enough bloody slaying to satisfy and the visuals are just a delight.

The last film I saw was The Cook, the Thief, his Wife & her Lover. It`s the third time now, I think, and It doesn`t stop to amaze me! What a masterpiece of modern cinema! Symbolic, poetic and surreal, in addition to many other things. An absolutely fantastic piece of art.
