I'm currently reading "Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World" by the amazing author Haruki Murakami. So far it's perfect

I'm reading the 8½ screenplay. The introduction, commentaries, and interviews are just fascinating. It's amazing how complex this film is.

I'm still reading Liseys story...in fits and bursts. Does anyone else find it extremely boring? I like Kings style of writing and the type of language he uses but I dont know, I just come away from each reading and think, god this is interminably dull. I think I'll stop but then i think, some of it is excellent and feel compelled to carry on. Bah, I'll probably keep with it until I decide upon the next book to read...

Reading through Fragile Things by Neil Gaiman right now. A lot of great short stories in there, a couple of mediocre ones. After that I think I'll either read Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury or Don Quioxte. (finally)

Now I'm reading Violence & Genger Reexamined by Richard B. Felson and The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Murakami. Both great stuff!

I started reading Easy Riders, Raging Bulls a couple days ago. I am on about page 67 right now and it is so interesting. I am right at the end of the crazy ass story that is "the making of Easy Rider". So much interesting stuff, I cannot wait to finish this. I loved the film too, by the way.

Reading two things right now. Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman for myself and I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou for school. Love Good Omens, as I love both authors. It is so funny. There is a section of the book where Satanic nuns help a couple give birth to the Antichrist, and convince them to name the child Warlock. Just amazingly funny. I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings is well written, but I find it pretty dry.

Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse Mister God, This is Anna by "Fynn" for the frigging hundredth time. I can't get enough, this is such a simple masterpiece of a book.

I just started reading To Kill a Mockingbird, and I am only about ten pages in. I really look forward to reading it. One of my teachers said it was his favorite book ever.

I started reading Jeffrey Deavers latest, the cold moon a few days back. How does this guy write in such a formulaic manner yet still spin, intriguing, unique and fascinating novels? His work amazes me. Great story teller, as good as King.

Should be good. it is definitely worth finishing, i am sure you will love the rest. it made me really sad when it ended, since the real people in the book almost felt like characters to me in a novel, and i wanted to find out what was still happening with them. what is that book you are reading called, it sounds really interesting? (i have no clue what book i am going to start reading now.)

"it's minor Dickens. what is it about high school that you read all the worst books by good authors?" lol, no, haven't read it, but i felt like quoting The Squid and the Whale. haha, very nice. i used that quote a couple times talking with ptahole around the time i showed him the film. man, i really like that film the more i think about it. hopefully "minor dickens" is still great.

I'm reading Enchantment by Orson Scott Card. It's certainly no Ender's Game, but it's quite good so far.

i am having a great amount of trouble reading "tale of two cities". it is just going over my head. and i even read some of it twice. so now i am just going to use cliffnotes, which is working out well.
