Double post because one of the more obscure Beatles songs (in that it's not one of their 500 hit singles) just came on, I Want You (She's Soooo Heavy)[/URL]. Come on, I have things to do! Quit playing such good music, my local radio station!

Go- Pearl Jam 10/10 One of their best songs. Even better live, reminds me more of black metal in the begninning with the churning bass.

Helpless- Neil Young 10/10 Neil'smost beautiful song. The imagery the words create is spectacular. Its sounds even better than the studio version in the unplugged setting, if thats even possible.

Kiss Off (Live) by The Violent Femmes 10/10
Probably the most fun I can have listening to a song at the moment. It is just such a fun song, with the crowd singing the whole thing, and his vocals. It just blends into a perfect song that I never get sick of listening to. The finale (I take one, one, one cause she left me...) is amazing. I sing along to it every time.

Few songs:
My Chemical Romance - I'm not ok (I Promise) I like this song because I can relate to it. When Emily died I didn't feel ok (still dont fully) and I dont think other people did either. This song epitomises my thoughts when to other people I'm in contact with I appear ok. Get it? But yeah, its a good song anyway, catchy, good variation on lyrics and such.
Goldfinger - I Really Miss you Again this is a song which makes me emotional. The lyrics 'have to dream about your smile cos your not hear and all I wanna say, is that I really miss you' have really gotten to me at times.
30 seconds to Mars - Beautiful Life - Neat song, good structure, well sung and just catchy.
Houston Calls - Bob and Bonnie - Good acoustics, just loving this type of music right now
Hey Mike - Yellowcard - Yup, again good guitar, catchy song really.
Hurt - NIN - I can't choose between the versions. Both voices are great, maybe Cashes version is cleaner but this version has lots of power and depth.

Eric's Trip by Sonic Youth
I couldn't believe my ears when I listened to this last night. I thought I was gonna loose my mind. The drugs didn't help, oh shit nevermind they were what expanded my mind and allowed me to concentrate more on the song and reflect in a way I never could sober.
10/10

Sleep - Dopesmoker
I got this last night, and listened to it right before I passed out. I'm new to Drone Metal, and didn't realize how slow it could feel. Obviously i'm not listening to it properly, because I cant find any appreciation for what i heard. I listened to it through my mp3 player which definitely doesn't have the best audio quality, and im under the impression that Drone Metal is to be felt instead of heard, so maybe I just need more bass to get this mother off tha ground. Until then,
5/10.

I haven't listened to Drone Metal myself. The genre doesn't interest me that greatly, but it might help you to read up about the genre and stuff. Black Betty is a great song. YouTube didn't have Ledbetter's version of it, but they did have Ram Jam's version, as well as a different version than I'm used to by Spiderbait. As far as rating the songs, Ledbetter: 7/10 (based off of the minute-long version I heard a couple of years ago), Ram Jam: 9/10, Spiderbait: 8/10. Last song I listened to? Amerika by Rammstein. I've been on a Rammstein kick lately, and I have a special fondness for Rammstein, so I can't really rate the song accurately. But I suppose I could give it a 8/10.

Public Enemy - He Got Game 10/10! This song is the greatest rap song I have EVER herd! I LOVE this song! Yes, I also really like this song, although it isn't the best Pub Enemy, nor the best rap song. Coheed and Cambria - Welcome Home Okay, I can see how beed may not like his voice, barely, but I can kinda see it. But really, what is wrong with the guitar in this song? The song is bad ass, gets me pumped, and does everything it needs to do. Sublime - What I Got? Okay, first off, they sample an ODB clip at the beginning, bad ass right there!, but then what I will just call "the break down" just makes me want to explode I love it so much. "Love is what I got, don't start a RI-OT, you will feel it when the dance gets hot!" White Town - Your Women Please, everyone go and listen to this song if you haven't. I can't believe this song has just disappeared like it has. I think I remember hearing it on the radio sometime in the 90's, it is amazing. "Well I guess what you say is true, I could never be the right kind of girl for you" Booby Womack - Across 110th Street QT couldn't have picked a better opening for Jackie Brown, fits the feel of the film, oh god I can't stop listening to this! "Trying to break out of the ghetto was a day to day fight"

EDIT:
Moby - Natural Blues
One of the best songs ever made, that may even be an understatement. I love the song so much. Play is one of my favorite records ever.
Moby - Honey
Fun as fuck, I can't help but jam to this song. "I get a hump in my back, sometime!"
The Grass Roots - Let's Live For Today
Not enough can be said about this masterpiece. Everyone take a moment and listen to it, now.

White Town - Your Women Didn't really do anything for me. -- ?/10
Moby - Natural Blues One of Moby's better efforts. -- 9/10

Moby ft. Gwen Stefani - Southside Not my normal cup of tea, but it's nice enough to listen to. -- 7.5/10
Moby - Honey Nice video. -- 8/10

Well it would be best to listen to all these songs as MP3's, and not live versions, videos, or anything like that. But I am glad you liked a few.

I've been listening to the Last Man off the Fountain OST a lot lately. I'm not sure about my final rating on the song, definitely a 9/10, but if for some strange reason, I don't end up loving the Fountain, then my rating might stay at around 9/10 or 8.5/10 or something. Can't find the song. Post it on Rapidshare.
