I like bright eyes. My favourite song that I've heard is probably at the bottom of everything or a song to pass the time. Singer has a unique, faultering kind of voice. Four winds is good, I've only heard it once though so....relistening....now! Ah, first day of my life and true blue are also good.
Bright eyes are classified as indie folk but I'd say, from what I've heard so far that they are more emo folk. Unique genre definition eh?
While running I listened to icky thump all through again and think I can name my favourite song as little cream soda, closely followed by effect & cause, rag and bone then icky thump.

Lots of The Shins lately. Definitely my favourite band now. Well, for a while but now I'm fully accepting of that fact  Their music is so beautiful and cool and smart.
