I am also making a slight change in the contestants. Lucio Fulci is being replaced by Dario Argento.

Based on what I've seen, it's a hard choice. 7 hours of Agent Smith's bullshit philosophising or 4 hours of near perfect brilliance. I think I'll go with Kurosawa.

Duh. Kurosawa. (although, I like Bound and The Matrix, they can't compare.)

Good way to knock the best horror director ever out in the first round, fool. My vote still goes to Welles.

Nah, best horror director is Cronenberg. He wont be knocked out in the first round. At least I hope he wont. IMO, Romero has only made 4 good films. The Dead trilogy and Creepshow. The rest are crap.

Um, no. Monkey Shines, Martin, The Crazies, Knightriders, and, yes, Land of the Dead, are all respectable films.

I hope that Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon movie actually happens. Dakota Fanning was attached for a while, but I don't know now.

I seriously hope it happens also. But based on his other adaptation of King, The Dark Half, I dont know if he will do a decent job or not.

The Dark Half is decent. Tom Gordon is a MUCH different type of book, though, so it really remains to be seen.

No, he just is blinded by his love of the Dead trilogy. Dont get me wrong, I love the trilogy too. But, Orson has made more good films then Romero.
