I told Andew to vote last night online, so I figured he would be the first one to the thread. But of course anyone can vote, I'm not restricting the tie break to just one person.

At least Rage Against the Machine didn't lose to Green Day, right? Downed by a worthy competitor, I'd say.

Modern Rock Round 4 Northeast region Battle 62 1 seed RadioheadRadiohead are a five-piece English band from Oxford, Oxfordshire. Though often classified as alternative rock, they have been influenced by a variety of genres. Radiohead are often praised vs 3 seed Dave Matthews BandDave Matthews Band (also known by the acronym DMB) is an American rock band, originally formed in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1991 by singer and guitarist Dave Matthews, saxophonist Leroi Moore, bassist Stefan Lessard, violin player Boyd Tinsley, drummer Carter Beauford, and keyboardist Peter Griesar (who left the band in 1993). All band members met Dave in Charlottesville. Since 1998 the band has performed at most of their shows with keyboardist Butch Taylor, who's not officially a member of the band. Moore, Beauford, Tinsley and Taylor also perform back up vocals.

Oh man, Radiohead by a long ways. They are so great, I was just burning myself a copy of Ok Computer when the burn got messed up and stopped working. I will have to burn in again some other time, such a good record.

Radiohead. I might suggest purchasing OK Computer. The packaging is nice and isn't overly bizarre. Amazon has it for $10, although plenty of other places should have it at a reasonable price, even if you're poor. One too many Criterions, eh?

Well if you noticed, I have one Beatles CD, so I think that answers your question... but if it doesn't I will clear it up. I am not interested in buying the album since I have heard it many times and am going to burn a copy of it. I will one day get it, but since there are many other CD's I need more I will have to pass.
"One too many Criterions" does not compute, does not compute!

Yeah, that's perfectly fine. In fact, I do have a rather decent CD collection but over the past year I have practically reasoned out the purchasing of CDs... which is ironic because now most CDs seem to be in the $10 range, compared to $15-$20 back when I bought one too many CDs. I reasoned out the purchasing of CDs with this: audio experience for $X or audio/visual experience for $X+Y. If they tack on the visual experience at such a low cost, Y, then why not go the extra mile?
